Cabernet Sauvignon 2008
The nose is elegant with spicy tones and underlying black fruit. The palate is juicy and full of deliciously dark fruit, black currents and a subtle cinnamon background. Good balance between structure and finesse on the palate. The wine will benefit from a few years of ageing. Decant before serving.
Winemakers Notes
The grapes for this Cabernet Sauvignon are hand picked from specific vineyards sites on La Bri. Yields are kept low: 6tons/ha.

Botanical Sketch
Each of our wines is linked to a specific flower – the characteristics of the wine are symbolized by that particular flower on the label.
Watsonia alba (White watsonia)
Watsonia alba is a very striking plant, with attractive foliage and gorgeous spikes of cup-shaped white flowers. Our Cabernet Sauvignon is a very pure and powerful wine much like the Watsonia alba.
